wlpkr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wlpkr," "we," "us," "our" refers to wlpkr and its operating entity, including all subsidiaries and affiliated companies responsible for operating the wlpkr.net platform.
• "Platform" means the wlpkr website located at wlpkr.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any software or applications through which wlpkr services are delivered.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who registers an account on the wlpkr Platform and accesses any of its services, including casino games, sports betting, and financial services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the wlpkr Platform, through which all gaming, financial, and account management activities are conducted.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sportsbook markets, financial services (deposits and withdrawals), promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and any other services provided through the wlpkr Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the wlpkr Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other promotional value credited to a Player's Account subject to the wlpkr Bonus Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on qualifying games before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process all Players must complete prior to making real-money withdrawals from their wlpkr Account.

To be eligible to register and use the wlpkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
2. You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. You are not currently self-excluded from gambling services, whether through wlpkr's own responsible gaming tools or any equivalent external programme.
4. Your use of the wlpkr Platform does not contravene any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You are not acting on behalf of a third party and are using your own funds for all financial transactions on the Platform.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or associate of wlpkr or any of its partner companies in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest with your participation in gaming activities on the Platform.
7. You have not previously had an account terminated by wlpkr for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other policy.

wlpkr reserves the right to require satisfactory proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the wlpkr Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Obligations

When registering an Account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information current and to notify wlpkr promptly of any changes. wlpkr accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wlpkr login credentials, including your username and password. wlpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings. You agree to notify wlpkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. wlpkr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to exercise reasonable care over their login credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, wlpkr will require completion of KYC verification. Documents typically requested include a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and where applicable, confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. wlpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend Account activity pending verification completion.

wlpkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). wlpkr does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or any payment method not expressly listed on the Deposits page of the Platform.

4.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 500. Minimum bank transfer deposit amounts vary by institution; refer to the current limits displayed on the Deposits page of your wlpkr Account dashboard. Maximum single deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method and Account verification tier. wlpkr reserves the right to modify deposit limits without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your wlpkr Account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes during Pakistan banking hours, subject to the originating bank's IBFT processing times. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations on the TRC20 blockchain. wlpkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

4.3 Player Funds & Integrity

You warrant that all funds deposited into your wlpkr Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner and authorised user of all payment methods used. Deposits identified as originating from fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorised sources will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities where legally required, and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Withdrawal requests from your wlpkr Account are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same Account holder — wlpkr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal request will be processed only where: (a) the Account has completed KYC verification to the required tier; (b) no active wagering requirement obligations exist on the requested withdrawal amount; (c) the withdrawal request does not trigger any fraud or AML review flags; and (d) the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected method has been met.

5.2 Processing Timeframes

• Bronze Accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals processed within 24 hours during support hours.
• Silver Accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals processed within 4 hours during support hours.
• Gold Accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals processed same day; dedicated account manager support.
• Platinum Accounts: Instant withdrawal processing guaranteed; priority bank transfer handling.

Support hours for withdrawal processing are 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM PKT, seven days a week. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the following business period.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum single withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period, and vary by Account verification tier. VIP Gold and Platinum members benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in real time on the Withdrawal page of your Account dashboard.

wlpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. wlpkr reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim any given bonus offer only once unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable real money. Wagering Requirements for each bonus are displayed on the promotion detail page and in your Account dashboard.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds may only be wagered on eligible casino games. Live casino games, certain table games, and sports betting markets may be excluded from bonus wagering or contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are displayed on the promotion page.
• wlpkr reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, fraud, or any activity designed to exploit the promotional system.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registered Players on their qualifying first deposit. Welcome bonus terms, including the deposit minimum, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in PKR, and Wagering Requirement, are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are subject to a time limit — unused bonus funds expire automatically upon the expiry deadline stated in the offer terms.

All casino games available on the wlpkr Platform — including slot games, live dealer table games, RNG table games, crash games, and fishing games — are governed by the rules specific to each game, as published within the game interface itself, supplemented by these general provisions.

• RNG Integrity: All non-live casino games on the wlpkr Platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that produce genuinely random, unpredictable outcomes on every game round. RNG certifications are held by wlpkr's game providers and are subject to periodic third-party audit.
• Return to Player (RTP): Theoretical RTP percentages for all casino games are available within each game's information panel. These represent the expected long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during a game session, wlpkr's system will attempt to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where restoration is not possible, any bet placed on the affected game round will be void and the corresponding stake returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum & Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. wlpkr may modify bet limits at any time. Bets placed exceeding the displayed maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.
• Void Rounds: wlpkr reserves the right to void any game round where there is verifiable evidence of system error, data corruption, or circumstances that materially affected the integrity of the outcome.

wlpkr's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and bilateral series), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All sports betting activity is subject to the following terms, in addition to market-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface.

8.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not valid and settled until wlpkr's systems have confirmed acceptance and issued a unique bet reference number. Odds displayed on the platform at the time of bet confirmation constitute the accepted odds for that bet. wlpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds arising from a manifest technical error or data feed failure, provided Players are notified of such voiding and stakes returned promptly.

8.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket and other sporting events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change reflecting live match conditions. wlpkr operates a brief bet acceptance delay on in-play markets to manage data latency. Bets placed during a suspension of in-play markets will be void. wlpkr accepts no responsibility for internet connectivity interruptions on the Player's side that affect in-play bet placement.

8.3 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required period of play has been completed (as defined in the sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. If an event is postponed but commences within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand. Beyond 24 hours, all pre-match bets will be void unless specific market rules state otherwise.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all sports and markets on the wlpkr sportsbook. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before bet confirmation. In the event of a system error resulting in a bet being accepted at odds that produce a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, wlpkr reserves the right to cap the payout at the stated maximum and return any excess stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wlpkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of associated balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using alternative personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during Account registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by any third party, including family members or associates.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to interact with any part of the wlpkr Platform, including game play, bet placement, or Account management.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any wlpkr game or platform component. Players who discover such errors are obliged to report them to wlpkr support immediately and not to exploit them.
• Any action that constitutes fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits made to the Platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at wlpkr staff, live dealer personnel, or other Players via any communication channel.

wlpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly within the wlpkr Account dashboard, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once the limit is reached, further real-money gaming is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which no gaming or deposit activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the wlpkr Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

wlpkr encourages any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or their family to use these tools and to seek support. Our Responsible Gaming page contains further guidance and links to support resources relevant to players in Pakistan.

All content on the wlpkr Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of wlpkr or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any wlpkr intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any wlpkr Platform content without the prior written consent of wlpkr. Unauthorised use of wlpkr intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to wlpkr for display on the Platform. Your access to these games through your wlpkr Account does not grant you any intellectual property rights over the game software or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wlpkr's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wlpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the wlpkr Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if wlpkr has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in this Section limits wlpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by wlpkr's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

wlpkr makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and connections are secure before accessing the wlpkr Platform.

wlpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the wlpkr Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal conduct associated with the Account.
• Regulatory or licensing authority direction requiring suspension or termination of the Account.
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than breach of these Terms by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their last-used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where termination results from Player breach, wlpkr reserves the right to retain the Account balance pending investigation and to apply it against any quantifiable losses suffered by wlpkr as a result of the breach.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting wlpkr support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, during which any remaining real-money balance will be settled.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by the laws applicable to wlpkr's operating jurisdiction under its gaming licence, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and wlpkr, we encourage Players to first contact our Customer Support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. The majority of Player disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

If informal resolution is not achieved, wlpkr's dispute resolution process involves escalation to wlpkr's compliance team, who will review the matter and issue a written determination within 14 business days. Players who remain dissatisfied with the outcome of this process may escalate to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by wlpkr's gaming licence issuing authority.

wlpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, wlpkr will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account, a notification on the wlpkr Platform dashboard, or both.

Non-material amendments — such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to reflect new payment methods or game categories — may be made without specific prior notice. The date displayed in the "Last Reviewed" field at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the wlpkr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact wlpkr support to arrange Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
